A Comprehensive Guide to LinkedIn Premium Company Pages

the LinkedIn Premium Company Page provides access to unique features for your business.

Standing out on LinkedIn is more important than ever, given all the current noise and billions of content posts every year from personal and company page accounts. Whether you want to convert more LinkedIn members into clients or simply enhance your company’s visibility, the LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription, an exclusive offering, was designed to help you achieve these goals. Subscribing to the LinkedIn Premium Company Page provides access to unique features for your business. Like the personal page premium accounts, LinkedIn Premium Company Page status puts a gold LinkedIn “IN” logo at the top right of your Company Page header.

The question every marketer is asking is, “Is it worth it?” or is it just another way for LinkedIn to monetize its platform?

Let’s dig a little deeper to understand what features are included and what is the value to your business.

Who Can Use This Feature?

Let’s start with who can use The LinkedIn Premium Company Page. To subscribe, you must be a super admin of your LinkedIn Company Page. LinkedIn has rolled out a free one-month trial followed by a cost of around $133/month (CAD). Once subscribed, all page admins can use the premium features to boost your company’s LinkedIn presence.

Premium Company Page Features

Here’s a breakdown of the features you’ll gain access to with a LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription:

Custom Call-to-Action (CTA) Button: This feature allows you to add a custom CTA button like “Visit Website,” “Contact Us,” and more, right at the top of your Page. This button also appears next to your Page posts in the LinkedIn feed and in search results, encouraging prospects to take a desired action directly from LinkedIn. Custom CTAs are another way to drive true returns and action from your LinkedIn page. This feature helps to guide users to the next phase in your buyer’s journey or customer action roadmap, potentially leading to a significant return on your LinkedIn presence and posts.

Who’s Visited My Page: Get insights into who’s visiting your Page. View profile details of eligible visitors and invite them to follow your Page. This is similar to the LinkedIn Premium subscriptions for your personal account. If you see prospects that visit your page, this signals a warm lead. They’ve checked you out. Keep an eye on who visits, as they may be primed for outreach, increasing your chances of them taking your call, responding to an email or even securing a demo or meeting request.

Custom Testimonial: Establish credibility by showcasing client testimonials. You can add a quote and an image from a satisfied client at the top of your Page, helping to build trust with potential customers. Be sure to add a real testimonial with a full name to ensure its credibility. Don’t just write a generic testimonial in this section without fully authenticating it; it won’t drive the credibility and proof you’re looking for.

Credibility Highlights: Highlight your company’s unique strengths, such as awards, certifications, rankings, and news features. These credibility highlights appear in the About section, search results, and at the top of your Company Page, making it easier for prospects to see what sets you apart. This is similar to the “featured” section on your personal page. By highlighting your achievements or news, you can keep them in mind when visitors search or browse your company page.

AI-Powered Post-Writing Assistance: Create engaging content more efficiently with AI-powered post-writing assistance. This feature helps you enhance your notes and ideas, offering a first draft of posts that are optimized to capture attention and drive engagement. The key phrase here is “first drafts,” recognize that you still need to optimize and personalize your posts to be truly effective. This tool can save you time and effort, making your content creation process more streamlined and efficient.

Auto-Invite Engaged Members to Follow Your Page: Save time with an exclusive invite-to-follow option that allows you to automatically invite people who have engaged with your content to follow your Page, regardless of their connection degree. Track how many followers came from auto-invites in your follower analytics, giving you a clear view of your growth. In our opinion, this is the most helpful feature of the Premium Company Pages. It allows you to increase your reach to those not in your network and still engage them to follow your Company Page. Since they’ve already interacted with your content, they’re warm and likely to follow—hopefully leading to further engagement down the line.

Important to Know

It’s important to note that the LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription is separate from other LinkedIn Premium subscriptions. There are a couple other perks mentioned as well, a LinkedIn Ads credit as well as savings on other small business tools.
